Over the past 12+ years, I've spent my career leading cross-functional strategic initiatives across financial services, startups, and founder-led businesses. From executing large-scale, revenue-generating initiatives that drove 7-figure outcomes to building operational frameworks for scalability and organizational readiness, I bring both big-picture vision and precise execution to complex environments.

What sets me apart is the integration of strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of human dynamics. I bridge technical process and expert communication to facilitate executive alignment, build high-trust environments, and ensure that the structures I build endure.
